How do I place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and we will guide you through the checkout process.

How do I Track an order?

You can track your order on our tracking page once you have received your tracking number via email.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google/Apple pay and bank transfers (via PayPal).

How safe is my personal information?

How does shipping work? 

We partner with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and products. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We ship directly from our warehouses with a 1-3 day processing time (not including weekends), once your item is in transit using our free next day delivery service should allow your parcel to arrive next day (this may vary on some occasions and weekends as some services don't deliver on weekends). Once you have received tracking information the parcel is out of our hands and with the courier - they may take up to 5 days to deliver. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, we can assure you your item is on its way. If your item is in transit for over 7 days please contact us OR the courier company directly and we will help you get the issue resolved.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

What if I need something or want to add to my order? 

No worries! Contact us if your order hasn't been shipping and if it has we'll guide you through the process to send the item back - for more information consult Returns & Refunds page.

Can I cancel a order? 

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 12 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours before the fund reflects on the customer’s bank account.
