  • We can send this as a gift. Just select the gift option or leave an order note during checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

How and when your luggage will reach you.

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 days (Mon–Fri). We ship with DPD and Royal Mail using 24-hour delivery in the UK and DPD, UPS and FedEx for international orders.

    • Once shipped, tracking updates will be emailed to you from Us and our delivery courier.
    • Things may occasionally take longer due to promotional periods, excess volume or weekends. This is why we suggest up to 48 hours for orders to be processed and tracking to be issued.
    • If your parcel has been in transit for over 7 days, contact us or the courier and we’ll assist.

  • Not yet, we are working on it. Please contact us with any shipping based query if you can't find the answer here.

  • We offer free shipping in the lower 48 states and offer shipping options for all other locations.

  • 97% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered next day. Shipping can take up to 5 business days. Depeding on your region you can choose to pay extra for priority shipping.

    Note: all Unlimited members & pre-orders have priority shipping by default.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Tracking Page for updates.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Yes, we offer 30-day returns for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused and returned with all original packaging, boxes, and any complimentary gifts included with your purchase.

  • Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. If it has shipped, we’ll guide you through a return or exchange.

  • Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed or before your order is processed, once processed we cannot cancel the order. Email us with your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assess the situation.

  • Aerospace-grade anodised aluminium-magnesium alloy with reinforced riveted corners for superior strength, dent resistance, and protection. Our aluminium alloy is anodised to make them corrosion resistant and longer lasting.

  • Aluminium naturally develops a unique non-structural patina over time. Every marks enhances its character and individuality. Each one telling a separate story of decades of adventure.

  • No, we use Anodised Aluminium Magnesium Alloy. This process enhances its durability while making the metal rust resistant.

  • No, given the quality of our sustainable materials. Our metal suitcases weigh only 4–6kg depending on size — similar to many plastic suitcases. We on average only weigh 2kg more than cheaper plastic alternatives. When given the pros of Aluminium luggage we think the trade off is worth it.

    Note: if you are ever over the weight/size limit all wheels can be removed giving you extra weight allowance.

  • Not fully waterproof, but highly water-resistant thanks to the zipperless seal.

    We include a free clear scratch protective cover which can be used as a rain jacket for your luggage.

  • We use 5-Series aluminium-magnesium alloy for the internal frame and exterior shell. Paired with high-grade steel, ABS, rubber, and PP for modular components. The interior features a soft, recycled nylon lining chosen for its durability, tear-resistance, and lightweight performance.

  • Clean the exterior with a soft damp cloth. For the nylon interior, mild soap or fabric-safe cleaner can be used — but avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive products, as these may damage the material or finish.

    • Allow interior to dry fully before storage
    • Cover and Store in the included bag/cover
    • Do not overpack
    • Use packing cubes for best interior performance
    • Soft polish can reduce marks
    • Scratches and patina are natural and celebrated as part of aluminium's character

Modular Parts & Repairability

How our replaceable parts work, and how to fit them.

  • Cheaper aluminium luggage is not designed to be repaired - they are designed to be replaced & scrapped. While higher priced Aluminium luggage has to be taken into stores or sent off for lengthy part replacements.

    At FORTE we have designed fully modular luggage. Sustainable, and engineered for DIY maintenance — extending its usable life by decades and making replacements more fast, simple and convenient for you.

  • Yes & they can removed faster than an F1 pitstop. Our wheels detach by hand using a secure lock and latch system - no tools required.

  • Yes. They attach into the zipperless frame of the suitcase using screws. They can be replaced in the comfort of your own home using a screwdriver.

  • Contact us and we can provide simple written and video guides.

    • Wheels: remove via clamp
    • Handles: unscrew two screws
    • Locks: unscrew and replace

    All parts are modular and user-replaceable, cutting down on repair time. We allow you to replace functional elements of your luggage wherever and whenever you need to.

  • Yes — designed to fit most major airline restrictions - see our size guides here. Conveniently you can remove the wheels for an extra 8cm height allowance if it is slightly over when bringing your suitcase into the aeroplane cabin.

    We cannot reset forgotten personalised codes. But if you experiencing any further issues contact our team and we can help resolve the issue.

Warranty & Guarantee

Lifetime Guarantee & Product Warranty

  • Yes. All FORTE suitcases include a limited lifetime warranty on the aluminium frame and shell. This covers any manufacturing, design, or material defects under normal use.

    Modular spare parts — such as wheels, handles, and locks — are not included in the standard warranty, as these parts are considered wear-and-tear items. They can be purchased individually from our Parts Shop whenever needed.

    We also offer an optional annual Unlimited Parts Warranty, which provides unlimited complimentary replacements of all modular parts for complete peace of mind.

  • Airline damage is not included in our standard warranty, as it falls outside the scope of manufacturing defects. But we will always try to help.

    Luckily airline damage, while a major inconvenience for most it is minor inconvenience for FORTE as all our luggage is modular. Most airline damage can be easily repaired on the fly - this is why we suggest keeping an extra set of wheels in your carry on.

    Replacement parts can be purchased directly from our Parts Shop or requested via the warranty.

    If you ever need guidance on repairs or on any airline-related issue, our support team is happy to assist.

  • Absolutely. Our goal is to keep your suitcase travelling with you for decades.

    Even if the damage is not covered, we will help diagnose the issue and recommend the correct replacement parts or repair steps. Our modular system ensures most issues can be fixed quickly at home or even on the move.

  • Every FORTE suitcase undergoes stringent, multi-stage quality control checks before it reaches you.

    Our process includes:

    • Factory-Level Testing: Each suitcase is inspected during (internal testing) and after assembly (external testing). These checks include structural integrity checks, stress testing, wheel alignment tests, lock functionality tests, and finish inspection for coating quality and corrosion resistance.
    • Modular Component Verification: Wheels, handles, and locks are tested individually to ensure smooth operation and precise fit within our modular system.
    • Final Fulfilment Inspection: Before dispatch, every suitcase is rechecked by our fulfilment team in our UK based and International fulfilment warehouses. This includes verifying all parts, ensuring the case opens and closes securely, and checking for any transit marks or defects.

    Only suitcases that pass every stage of inspection are shipped.
