Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are processes and shipped - we have a 1-3 day processing time depending on when the order is made. Please note that orders made after 12pm may not be processed same day. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours or before the item has been processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Contact us via email and we will provide all the necessary return information. We offer a full 14 day money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged. You are liable for the return cost, but when you want to return an item let us know and we will process the return for you and provide you with a return label/QR code. Please return all items via a Royal Mail drop off point. We endeavour to provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible after the item is inspected by our team and deemed unused.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you within 24 hours.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Exchanges

After sufficient evidence has been provided of any damage or misconduct we will assess the evidence provided and determine the result of the exchange. If the exchange is accepted we will provide return instructions and send out the new product once we have received the product.
