Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and shipped.

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, depending on when the order is placed. Please note that orders placed after 12:00pm (UK time) may not be processed on the same day.

If your order has been paid and you wish to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order, or before the item has entered the packaging and shipping process.

Once packaging or shipping has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.


Refunds & Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email and we will provide full return instructions.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in accordance with our return guidance.

Return fees

  • All non-fault returns are subject to a £15 handling fee plus return postage, which will be deducted from the refund total

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If a fault or defect is confirmed, replacement parts or a replacement product will be provided free of charge

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if:

  • The return request is made outside the 30-day return window

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or handling beyond normal inspection

  • The product has been customised, personalised, or engraved

  • The order does not arrive due to factors within your control (for example, an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout)

Exchanges

If you wish to request an exchange, sufficient evidence of the issue must be provided. Each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If an exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions. A replacement item will be dispatched once the returned product has been received and inspected.
