Complimentary Shipping
We understand that suitcase purchases are often made close to departure. That’s why we aim to beat our standard processing times wherever possible and dispatch orders promptly.
Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) are eligible for next-day dispatch, subject to availability. Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders, fulfilled from our UK warehouses via trusted carrier partners, including DPD, Royal Mail, Evri, DHL, FedEx, Yodel, and USPS, depending on destination and service level.
Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

In extremely rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 21 business days due to unforeseen carrier or customs delays outside of our control.
Shipping times do not include processing time.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply.
Any applicable customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. FORTE TRVL is not liable for these charges once an order has shipped.
Where duties or taxes are included in the purchase price, this will be clearly stated at checkout.
Customs delays are outside of our control and are not included in estimated delivery times.
Lost or Missing Packages
FORTE TRVL is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all address details are accurate before placing your order.
If an error occurs on our part, we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue at no additional cost.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
Please note that for certain complimentary shipping services, tracking may be limited or delayed.
Tracking Shows “No Information Available”
Some carriers require 1–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected at checkout. This does not affect delivery charges.
Where We Ship
We currently ship primarily within the United Kingdom.
We are actively expanding our shipping services to EU, US, and international markets, with availability clearly shown at checkout as regions are added.
