Below you’ll find a simple, step-by-step guide to setting and securing the locks on your FORTE suitcase. Designed to be quick, intuitive, and hassle-free, this process ensures your belongings are safely protected and your suitcase is ready for travel in just a few moments.

1. Open & put lock into "Set"

Each lock is set to '0 0 0' from factory, in order to reset you must first open the suitcase. To put the lock into "set" mode, please locate the switch on the inside of the lock and put the lock into "set" position.
 

2. Change & Set the Code

To set the lock code you must open the suitcase and ensure the lock is in set mode. Once confirmed, press and hold down the external lock button. While holding select the 3-digit combination you desire.

3. Confirm the Combination

Once the code has been set you can let go of the locking button to confirm the new combination.

4. Secure the Lock

Secure the TSA lock by fastening the lock and scrambling the combination dials. Now you're ready to go on your first adventure, go enjoy yourself!

TSA-approved combination lock

Your suitcase is fitted with a TSA combination lock. Using a Travel Sentry® lock allows airport security authorities to open, inspect, and re-lock your luggage without causing damage. In the event of a security check, your suitcase will not be forcefully opened — security staff are trained to recognise the TSA logo on the locking system.


Please note:

  • Once the locks have been set, the suitcase is no longer eligible for return.

  • Please keep a written note of your lock combination. For security reasons, we cannot store or retrieve individual codes once they have been set.
