So coming from an engineering background and wanting something that’s a little bit different but worth every penny using exotic materials I cannot recommend this travel case enough it has suspension it is made of the best aluminium it is light. It is durable. It is well thought out an absolute credit to FORTE TRVL (ps it looks like you’ve just walked out of a James Bond scene at the airport)

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty includes replacements, repairs to all Aluminium components of the luggage, when it is used in line with our terms - we do not cover misuse. If the Aluminium breaks, corrodes or wears down we will replace the luggage free of charge. All replacement parts can be acquired from us along with simple instructions and support.

Setting the locks is simple and only takes a few minutes and 4 steps. You can find a guide on setting the combination locks for your suitcase on our website guides “Setting the Locks”.
Wheels can be removed on all luggage purchased after November 2024. At the bottom of your luggage you will find a red latch, press the latch to the side and pull down the switch to release the wheel.
Please note the latch is intentionally firm, this is to ensure the wheels are secure during use.
To remove the handles you firstly need to open the suitcase and locate the internal screws that secure the handles to the frame of the luggage. Then use a crosshead screwdriver to detach the handles from the luggage and attach the new handles.
To remove the locks, you first must locate the screws that are securing the locks into the luggage, from there you need to loosen the screws and detach the locks from the luggage. Now attach your new locks and set your new code.
Our suitcases are crafted from premium anodised 5-series aluminium-magnesium alloy — known for its strength, lightweight feel, and resistance to corrosion. We pair this with precision-moulded ABS and PP components for added durability. Every material is chosen for performance, longevity, and to reduce waste over time.
Aluminium is a premium and durable material but on occasion airline mishandling can happen. Minor dents or scuffs are a part of travel and form a unique patina over time, each mark representing a trip and story from your travels. This is a natural consequence of rough airport handling and are not considered defects. All FORTE suitcases include a complimentary scratch protection cover to help minimise this during travel.
Cabin carry on luggage is compatible with most airline restrictions - please note that wheels can be removed from the frame of the luggage to allow for an extra 8cm in Length. Our checkin luggage is compatible with airline checkin restrictions and sizes but please do you research and check your airline restrictions.

We offer free shipping on orders over £400 - our standard UK shipping is next day tracked delivery once dispatched. International shipping fees (including to Europe) are calculated at checkout. Express can be arranged at an additional cost but please note that all orders should be processed and arrive within 1-3 working days.
Yes all shipping and taxes are included in all UK orders, including VAT. For customers outside the UK, local import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. These will be clearly communicated and displayed at checkout or charged on delivery depending on the country.
Yes, VAT is included in all listed prices for UK customers. We collect and remit VAT in accordance with legislation regulations in all countries.
All FORTE suitcases are shipped from our UK warehouses, using trusted couriers like: DPD, Royal Mail, Parcel Force and FedEx. International orders are shipped from the closest warehouse to your address, EU and ROW shipping is coming soon.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses at this time. A physical delivery address is required.
Over 75% of customers receive their luggage the next day, but we advise allowing up to 3 days for it to arrive at your door. During high demand periods, processing times can take up to 72 hours. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you can expect delivery the next working day.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in like-new condition, including all original packaging, paperwork, and accessories. Return charges may apply based on your region and return location.
Please note that repurposed and customised items are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. If you used a gift card for your purchase, the refund will be applied as store credit to that same gift card. Refunds cannot be transferred to a different payment method.
We only accept returns for items that are unused. We recommend thoroughly testing your luggage at home before taking it on a trip.
Here are some tips to help you:
Roll your suitcase indoors, preferably on a carpeted surface, to feel the smooth movement of the 360-degree wheels.
Pack the suitcase as you normally would to test the performance of the compression system with your typical travel load.
Keep the combination lock set to 0-0-0 until you decide to keep the suitcase.
Save all original packaging, as it is required if you wish to return your order.

Return shipping is not free and will be deducted from the refund amount after the product has been inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we will arrange return labels for you which may need to be printed at home or at the drop-off point.
