Questions
Will it fit in the airline cabin?
The Cabin measures 55 × 36 × 20cm, within the hand luggage limits of most major airlines, including British Airways and easyJet (56 × 45 × 25cm) and Ryanair's larger cabin bag allowance (55 × 40 × 20cm). What makes FORTE different: the wheels come off at the gate in seconds, with no tools, so if a sizer or an overhead locker is tight you can shorten the case on the spot. Limits vary and change, so always check with your airline before you fly.
Will aluminium scratch?
Yes, and it is meant to. Aluminium marks where plastic cracks. The shell keeps its shape and picks up a record of where it has been. Every case comes with a free scratch protection cover.
What does the warranty cover?
The aluminium-magnesium frame, for as long as you own the case. Wheels, handles and locks are wear parts, designed to be replaced. It is registered to you automatically at checkout.
How do I replace a wheel?
Release it, slot the new one in, done. It takes under 5 seconds per wheel and no tools. Handles are replaceable too, with a Phillips screwdriver.
Are the locks TSA?
Yes. Two integrated TSA combination locks, one at each end, set by you. They are built into the frame rather than added on, so there is nothing to snap off.
