The wheels are designed for smooth movement and easy replacement.

Care tips:

• Remove debris such as hair or grit periodically
  
• Rinse with clean water if exposed to sand or salt
  
• Allow to dry fully before storage
  

If a wheel becomes damaged or worn, it can be replacements can be ordered from us so you simply replace the wheel and not the whole suitcase.

The handle mechanism is engineered for strength and precision and made from Aluminium Alloy.

Care tips:

• Keep the rails free from sand and dust
  
• Wipe occasionally with a dry or slightly damp cloth
  
• Avoid forcing the handle if resistance is felt
  

Do not lubricate the handle unless instructed.

Every FORTE suitcases utilises a no zip exterior. Zips are easily compromised and easily broken. We use TSA-approved combination locks.

Care tips:

• Ensure the locks are fully closed before travel
• Use the Scratch Protection cover when checking in the luggage.
• Avoid forcing the dials
• If exposed to moisture, dry before storage

When not in use:

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated place
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
• Leave the suitcase unlocked to reduce tension on the seals
• When storing sets in tandem (like "Russian Dolls") remove the wheels and keep inside the luggage to avoid interior damage.

FORTE suitcases are designed to be repaired, not replaced. Wheels, handles and other components can be serviced or replaced to extend the life of your suitcase.
