Every year, over 2.5 million suitcases end up in landfill. Most are discarded because a single part fails. FORTE is built differently.

Every year, over 2.5 million suitcases end up in landfill. Most are discarded because a single part fails. FORTE is built differently.
In the rare event your suitcase is mishandled during travel, repairs are simple and straightforward. There’s no need to send it away or visit a repair shop - key components can be replaced at home, quickly and easily. While no suitcase is immune to wear over time, FORTE is designed so essential parts can be renewed with minimal effort, using the clear, step-by-step guides and videos below.
OUR 360° WHEELS
removing the wheels
Flip the Red switch on the base to the unlock position. Pull the black release lever to allow the wheel stem to be removed from the base.
While holding the black release lever back, the wheel is now able to be removed freely from the base of the suitcase.
To reattach the wheel into the frame. Pull back the release lever while pushing the wheel back into the suitcase frame
OUR HANDLES
removing the handles
Use your combination to open the suitcase. Once open, locate the internal screws securing the handle to the luggage frame.
Once located, use a Phillips (cross-head) screwdriver to loosen the screws as required. When fully loosened, the handle can be removed from the suitcase frame.
Once ready, place the handle back into the luggage frame using the spacer and screws provided, then tighten the screws until the handle is securely reattached.
