Will it fit in the airline cabin?
The Cabin measures 55 × 36 × 20cm, within the hand luggage limits of most major airlines, including British Airways and easyJet (56 × 45 × 25cm) with the wheels on, and Ryanair's 10 kg cabin bag (55 × 40 × 20cm) with the wheels off. What makes FORTE different: the wheels come off at the gate in seconds, with no tools, taking 5cm off the height, so if a sizer or an overhead locker is tight you can shorten the case on the spot. Limits vary and change, so always check with your airline before you fly.
Will aluminium scratch?
Yes, and it is meant to. Aluminium marks where plastic cracks. The shell keeps its shape and picks up a record of where it has been. Every case comes with a free scratch protection cover.
What does the warranty cover?
The aluminium-magnesium frame, for as long as you own the case. Wheels, handles and locks are wear parts, designed to be replaced. It is registered to you automatically at checkout.
How do I replace a wheel?
Release it, slot the new one in, done. You remove a wheel in under 5 seconds, with no tools. Handles are replaceable too, with a Phillips screwdriver.
Are the locks TSA?
Yes. Two integrated TSA combination locks, one at each end, set by you. They are built into the frame rather than added on, so there is nothing to snap off.
How fast is delivery?
Next weekday delivery on UK orders placed before our 2pm cut-off. Orders placed after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day. You get tracking by email as soon as your case leaves us.
What if it is not right for me?
Send it back within 30 days and returns are free. The case needs to come back in a condition you would be happy to receive it in.

Yes. Invoices are issued on request, just ask after you order.
Do the three sizes fit inside each other?
Yes. Cabin, Check-In and Check-In XL nest together for storage, so a full set takes up about the space of the largest case.
